While we cannot control local postal services, we do everything we can to help resolve delays and answer questions quickly.

Returns, Refunds, and Quality Guarantee
Each Duangjai bag is checked thoroughly before it’s shipped. If your bag arrives with damage or a fault, contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos or video. Once approved, we will offer a full refund or replacement. For non-damaged returns, you may send the item back within 14 days. You must use a tracked courier service and share the tracking number with us. Once received and inspected, we will refund the cost of the bag. Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item was faulty.
