Before shipping, every Nilawan tote is thoroughly checked by our master weavers. Once your custom order is complete, it will be delivered to our Nakhon Sawan hub. We’ll notify you and dispatch the item immediately using EMS. Your tracking number will become active at that point, and shipping times will begin. Customisation requests may extend delivery slightly, but the handmade result is always worth the wait.

Final Delivery by Local Postal Service
Once your Nilawan tote reaches your country, EMS transfers the parcel to your national postal service. This is standard procedure and varies slightly from country to country. While we’ll support you with any inquiries, we cannot control how long the local postal system takes. However, most of our deliveries complete without issue, and we remain available to guide and assist with any problems that may arise during the last mile of delivery.
Customs Charges and Import Tax

14-Day Returns with Full Support
If your Nilawan tote arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Send a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. For non-fault returns, you have 14 days to send the bag back to our Nakhon Sawan hub. Return postage must be arranged with tracking, and you’ll need to share the tracking number with us. Once we receive and inspect the bag, we’ll refund the product cost. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified fault.
