Production Time for Bespoke or Custom Orders

This process is done by hand, requiring time and care. After completion, the bag is sent to our dispatch hub where it’s packed and shipped. EMS tracking begins only after the bag is posted. For in-stock designs, your order will be dispatched within three business days.

Make Sure Your Address Is Correct
It’s important to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, and the parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship the item. However, the customer will need to cover the second shipping charge. We cannot refund the original EMS fee in such cases.
Returned Items and Reshipping Options
If your parcel is returned to us for any reason, you’ll be contacted with the option to have it reshipped or refunded. Reshipment costs must be paid by the customer. Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition. Refunds apply only to the product cost—not the original shipping—unless we are at fault for the issue.

Returns Within 14 Days for Peace of Mind
If your Wandee bag arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll review photos or a video and offer either a replacement or a full refund. For non-fault returns, we accept the item back within 14 days. The return must be made using tracked airfreight to our Thai hub, and the customer must share the tracking number. Once the item arrives and is inspected, we’ll refund the product price. Original shipping is not refundable unless the item was defective.
