A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Shipping timelines begin after dispatch and do not include the production period for customised bags.

After dispatch, delivery times through EMS are typically one to three business days within Thailand, three to five business days to Asia-Pacific destinations, four to nine business days to Europe and the UK, five to seven business days to North America, four to six business days to Oceania, and nine to eleven business days to South America. Once EMS completes the international leg, your national postal provider is responsible for final delivery.
Production Time for Customised Orders
If you have ordered a personalised version of the Arun Bag—such as name embroidery, pom pom colour adjustments, or alternate strap options—please allow fourteen to twenty-one days for production. Each bag is handcrafted by Thai women artisans based in Phayao, Chiang Mai, Phatthalung, and Nakhon Si Thammarat. For standard in-stock bags, dispatch normally takes place within three business days of purchase confirmation.
Inspection and Protective Packaging
Before dispatch, the Arun Bag is fully inspected to ensure quality and accuracy. We check the weave, pom pom placement, stitching, and shape. Approved bags are photographed and video recorded for quality tracking. Each item is placed in a white cotton drawstring pouch and boxed in secure packaging designed to protect the bag during airfreight delivery.
EMS-Based Shipping Fees and Transparency
Shipping costs are calculated using EMS Thailand’s flat-rate pricing for parcels up to one kilogram. In most cases, multiple bags can be shipped for the same rate. We do not include shipping charges in the product price. All delivery costs are displayed separately at checkout for a clear and honest breakdown.
Import Duties, Local Taxes, and Final Delivery
Most international deliveries arrive without added fees, though some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. After EMS transfers the parcel to your national postal provider, they complete the final leg of delivery. If delays or customs issues occur, our support team is available to assist with tracking and follow-up.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If your Arun Straw Pom Pom Vacation Bag arrives with damage or a verified manufacturing fault, you must notify us within forty-eight hours of receipt. We offer a fourteen-day return policy for faulty or incorrect items. Refunds apply to the cost of the bag only. Shipping charges are refunded only when a fault is confirmed. All returns must be shipped via tracked airfreight to our Nakhon Sawan facility for review and approval.
