Check Your Delivery Details Carefully
When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If your tote is returned to us due to address errors, we will arrange redelivery, but the reshipping cost must be paid by you. We cannot refund the original shipping cost in such cases. If your Sopida bag is returned to our hub for any reason, we will contact you immediately to arrange redelivery or cancellation. Reshipping requires a new EMS shipping fee. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Support
If your Sopida tote arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos or a short video so we can confirm the issue. Once approved, we’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement. If you want to return a non-damaged item, you may do so within 14 days. You’ll need to return it to our Thai hub using tracked airfreight and provide the tracking number. We’ll refund the product cost once the return is received and approved. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty.
