Returns Policy and How It Works

Once approved, we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement. For returns that are not related to faults, you have 14 days to return the item to our Thai hub. You’ll need to use tracked airfreight and provide a valid tracking number. Once received and checked, we’ll refund the bag cost but not the original shipping. This ensures fairness and accountability for all orders.
